Our ‘Christmas with the Salvation Army’ concert on Sunday 9th December at Symphony Hall is quickly approaching and I’d like to share these final arrangements with you.
Parents will need to meet members of Perryfields staff, Miss Chater and Mr Evans, at 4pm in the Symphony Hall foyer. Once you have met the Music Department staff you can leave your child with them and they will then be responsible for pupils until the end of the concert. Your child will be dismissed in the same place at the end of the concert at approximately 8.00pm. Your child will not be allowed to leave until a member of staff has handed them over to you personally.
Pupils should wear smart school uniform and a Christmas hat or other Christmas embellishments, if they so wish. They will also need to bring a drink and a small snack as these will not be provided.
Discounted tickets priced at £13 and £10, with under 16s priced at £6 each, can be purchased through David and Audrey Mynott at Birmingham Salvation Army ticket sales. They can be contacted on either 07702 650840 or Birmingham.email@example.com.
Please ensure you complete the attached parental consent (AB) form and return it to Mrs Wainright in G20.
